    Hi Gang,

I'm writing in the hopes that someone has a garage of parts left over from their restoration who might have some side panels I need.

In restoring my Model B, I decided to use the frame from another Model B that had a better oven, vents, oven door springs, and every other thing to compare. I thought a B was a B, but now I'm finding out that there were some differences that are causing me some grief. I just discovered that my original side panels are now too short for this stove. I need white panels that are these measurements: 23-7/8" x 30.5". It's a bummer, too, because my original panels were pristine. :-(

So, I am hoping to find someone who has nice white panels in this size who wants to sell. If so, please e-mail me off-line.

    Thanks!
    t.

Tura, The ones that I have are 23 5/8" wide and 30 5/8" tall(not counting the 1/2' lip that goes under the chrome top). One has a boo boo chip about the size of a black-eyed pea in the middle. The other is very good with no chips that I have found. I feel sure that they are the ones that fit your range. I will take them to the UPS Store for packing and weighting and let you know what the shipping will be. Regards, Sam

Sam, that would be SO awesome!! If you want, I can call the UPS Store with my credit card to cover packing/shipping charges. No need to put you out any more than you're already doing. Just let me know what city the store is in so I can find them on the web and get their phone#.

I am so glad to get these panels. I was envisioning having to track down yet another stove, this one with just the right size of panels, in order to continue my restoration. If I try to put one more stove in that garage, my husband will divorce me! :-)
